Cahors has its First Service

Thirty people, including two young families, were at the first post lockdown service for the Cahors congregation. It was held in the open barn at the home of Margaret Cross. Rev. Dan was leading it with Rev. Christel providing the technical side for the projector. Howard Bould provided the music for the hymns. Reflections were provided by our reader Janet Varty and Rev. Mary Barnes. Prayers were offered by Grahame Wood; Adriana Waterman and Paddy Wright. We shared the Agape Meal. All appreciated being able to once again share a service together and afterwards most people stayed for a picnic, which provided further fellowship and the chance to catch up with friends that hadn't been seen for some time. Our thanks go to Margaret for providing this lovely setting.
